개인정보처리방침

시행일: 2026년 7월 29일

Stream It!(이하 "서비스") 운영자(이하 "운영자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)

운영자는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리한 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.

  • 회원 가입 및 관리: 회원 가입 의사 확인, 이용자 식별·인증, 회원 자격 유지·관리, 서비스 부정 이용 방지
  • 서비스 제공: 신청곡 관리, 커미션 매칭 등 서비스 제공
  • 고충 처리: 민원인 확인, 민원 사항 확인 및 처리 결과 통보
  • 보안 사고 대응 및 이용자 통지: 개인정보 침해 사고 탐지·대응, 침해 사고 발생 시 이용자 통지(「개인정보 보호법」 제34조)

제2조 (처리하는 개인정보의 항목)

① 회원 가입 시 수집하는 필수 항목

  • 이메일 주소
  • 닉네임
  • 치지직(CHZZK) 채널 URL
  • 비밀번호 (암호화하여 저장하며, 원문은 보관하지 않습니다)

② 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성·수집되는 항목

  • 접속 IP 주소
  • 접속 일시
  • 서비스 이용 기록(로그인, 회원 가입, 로그아웃 등 주요 이벤트)
  • 브라우저 정보

제3조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간)

운영자는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 또는 정보주체로부터 개인정보를 수집 시에 동의받은 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다.

  • 회원 정보(이메일, 닉네임, 치지직 채널 URL): 회원 탈퇴 시까지. 탈퇴 즉시 닉네임, 치지직 채널 URL, 비밀번호는 파기하며, 이메일은 아래 제4조에 따라 30일 후 파기합니다.
  • 접속 기록(IP 주소, 접속 일시, 이용 기록): 「통신비밀보호법」 제15조의2에 따라 3개월간 보관 후 파기. 다만 보안 사고 조사·처리를 위해 필요한 경우에는 해당 조사가 완료될 때까지 보관할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법)

운영자는 개인정보의 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우 즉시 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.

① 회원 탈퇴 즉시: 닉네임, 비밀번호, 치지직 채널 URL을 즉시 파기합니다.

② 탈퇴 후 30일 보관 후 파기: 이메일 주소를 탈퇴일로부터 30일간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

이메일을 30일 보관하는 목적은 동일 이메일로의 재가입 남용 방지 및 개인정보 침해 사고 발생 시 탈퇴 회원에 대한 법적 통지 의무(「개인정보 보호법」 제34조) 이행을 위함입니다.

③ 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태의 개인정보는 복구 및 재생이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.

제5조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

운영자는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1조(처리 목적)에서 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.

현재 운영자는 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하고 있지 않습니다.

제6조 (개인정보 처리의 위탁)

운영자는 현재 개인정보 처리 업무를 외부에 위탁하고 있지 않습니다. 위탁이 발생하는 경우에는 이 방침을 통해 즉시 공개합니다.

제7조 (정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법)

① 정보주체는 운영자에 대해 언제든지 다음 각 호의 개인정보 보호 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

  • 개인정보 처리 현황 열람 요구
  • 오류 등이 있을 경우 정정 요구
  • 삭제 요구
  • 처리 정지 요구

② 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 contact@parin.asia를 통해 서면 또는 이메일로 하실 수 있으며, 운영자는 이에 대해 지체 없이(수신 후 10일 이내) 조치합니다.

③ 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.

④ 정보주체는 개인정보 보호 관련 분쟁에 대해 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회, 한국인터넷진흥원 개인정보 침해신고센터 등에 분쟁 해결이나 상담을 신청할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)

운영자는 「개인정보 보호법」 제29조에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적·관리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.

  • 개인정보의 암호화: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 치지직 채널 URL은 암호화하여 저장·관리합니다. 비밀번호는 단방향 암호화하여 저장합니다.
  • 전송 구간 암호화: 개인정보를 전송하는 경우 보안 전송 규격(HTTPS)을 적용합니다.
  • 접근 통제: 개인정보에 대한 접근 권한을 필요 최소한으로 제한하며, 외부에서 직접 데이터베이스에 접근할 수 없도록 합니다.
  • 접속 기록 보관 및 위조·변조 방지: 개인정보처리시스템에 접속한 기록을 보관·관리합니다.

제9조 (개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부)

① 운영자는 이용자에게 개별적인 맞춤 서비스를 제공하기 위해 이용 정보를 저장하고 수시로 불러오는 '쿠키(cookie)'를 사용합니다.

② 쿠키는 웹사이트를 운영하는 데 이용되는 서버가 이용자의 컴퓨터 브라우저에게 보내는 소량의 정보이며 이용자의 컴퓨터에 저장됩니다.

③ 운영자가 사용하는 쿠키의 항목 및 목적:

  • 로그인 인증 쿠키 (필수): 로그인 상태 유지 목적. 로그아웃 시 또는 일정 시간 경과 시 자동 만료됩니다.

④ 이용자는 쿠키 설치에 대한 선택권을 가지고 있습니다. 웹 브라우저의 설정을 통해 쿠키를 허용하거나 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만, 로그인 인증 쿠키를 거부할 경우 서비스 이용에 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다.

⑤ 운영자는 광고·분석 목적의 제3자 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.

제10조 (아동의 개인정보 보호)

서비스는 만 14세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하는 경우 해당 정보를 즉시 파기합니다. 이와 관련한 문의는 contact@parin.asia로 연락하시기 바랍니다.

제11조 (개인정보 보호책임자)

운영자는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 정보주체의 개인정보 관련 불만 처리 및 피해 구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

정보주체께서는 서비스를 이용하시면서 발생한 모든 개인정보 보호 관련 문의, 불만 처리, 피해 구제 등에 관한 사항을 위 연락처로 문의하실 수 있습니다.

부칙 — 이 방침은 2026년 7월 29일부터 시행합니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective: July 29, 2026

The Korean version of this Privacy Policy is the primary legally binding version. This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

Stream It! is operated by an individual developer. Contact: contact@parin.asia. The Service is available at https://streamit.parin.asia.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Data you provide when registering:

  • Email address
  • Nickname
  • Chzzk channel URL
  • Password (stored in irreversibly encrypted form; the plaintext is never retained)

Data collected automatically when you use the Service:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Service activity log (login, sign-up, logout)
  • Browser information

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, political opinions, biometric data, etc.).

3. Purposes & Legal Basis for Processing

4. Retention Periods

  • Account data: retained for the duration of your membership. On withdrawal: nickname, Chzzk URL and password are deleted immediately; your email address is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted (see below).
  • Reason for 30-day email retention after withdrawal: to prevent abuse of the same email address for re-registration, and to comply with the legal obligation to notify even withdrawn users in the event of a data breach (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Art. 34).
  • Access logs (IP address, timestamps, activity): retained for 3 months under Korean telecommunications law, and up to 1 year for ongoing security incident investigation.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We may disclose data only: (a) with your explicit consent; or (b) when required by applicable law or a valid legal process (e.g., court order).

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for login session management. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies from third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from remaining logged in.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 (Korea) or 13 (US, COPPA). If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately. Please contact contact@parin.asia if you believe a child's data has been submitted.

8. Security

We protect personal data using industry-standard security measures, including encryption of stored personal data, secure transmission (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure; however, we apply commercially reasonable protections.

Supplemental Notice for EU / EEA Residents (GDPR)

International transfers: The Service is operated from the Republic of Korea. The European Commission has recognised the Republic of Korea as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1772 of 17 December 2021. Accordingly, no additional transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are required for transfers of your data to us.

Your rights under the GDPR: You have the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15) — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and receive a copy
  • Rectification (Art. 16) — have inaccurate data corrected
  • Erasure (Art. 17) — have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18) — restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Object (Art. 21) — object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests
  • Lodge a complaint — with your national data protection supervisory authority. A full list is at edpb.europa.eu

Supplemental Notice for California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months:

  • Identifiers (email address, IP address)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity (access logs)

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your California privacy rights:

  • Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, our sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
  • Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing — not applicable (we do not sell or share personal information)
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights
